Jack and Ed are our Directors, both 30 years old, they met 25 years ago in school, attending every school together as best friends, and every sports team they could get into. Years of
football, tennis and golf has given them both the competitive edge they need. Both of them were born on, and still live on the picturesque Isle of Wight with their young families.
Jack and Ed started Hawkfield after years in Senior Recruitment roles themselves. After
witnessing change in the industry, and a dire need for better recruitment solutions, they
